if I remember correctly the foreigner is some sort of English teacher at a college and the Japanese woman is like a co-worker/colleague or maybe they weren’t even working in the same place point is him being an english teacher has no bearing to the plot. Anyway the plot goes like he initially seems like a nice guy but as they start dating he slowly reveals that he’s actually a controlling freaky aah. they move in together and they get engaged after this she tries to go to a group hangout but his controlling aah either stops her or berates her after she goes home cause there was a dude there apparently. somewhere near the end before it cuts to her being railed while pregnant (so basically the sex scene before the pregnant sex scene) she’s crawling on the ground trying to get away from him as he picks her up to rail her. I think he says he wants a kid and she’s terrified of him cause he’s really freaky.
