The story opens with a couple engaged in a passionate se*ual encounter, abruptly interrupted when a worker
—who is revealed to be the woman’s husband—notifies the man that his father is calling.
• It is later disclosed that the woman is the wife of the man’s late wife (or fiancée)’s brother.
The man’s late wife (or fiancée) perished in a tragic car accident driven by her brother, who was the sole survivor. Out of guilt or familial obligation, the brother permits his wife to engage in seual relations with his late sister’s partner, knowing of their encounters.
The brother is employed at the man’s residence, likely as a worker.
If I recall correctly, additionally, the late wife’s brother’s wife has some cousins or sisters whom the man later marries or becomes engaged to.
Following this new engagement, the seual relationship between the man and the brother’s wife ceases, and normalcy is restored.
The brother, previously unable to be intimate with his wife due to guilt, finds relief after the engagement and resumes a fulfilling seual relationship with her.
