Been probably years since I've read it let alone seen it, so I'll try my best to describe it. But they haven't seen each other in years since I assume one of them moved (unsure) but I believe both have necklaces that connect to one a other, and i believe it stars out as the main guy going to a concert and he notices the girl who is playing on stage has the same necklace that he has and I think goes back stage and i think sees her talking to another guy but she sees him and goes to him and that's kinda all I remember. Again I'm a little iffy on the details and might be mixing some together, I hope not, but any help would be appreciated.
