Its like twins (origininally male), one dresses up as a girl and meets the other twin, who dresses like a male in a restaurant. They talk a little the crossdressing sibling tells him about his boyfriend. Then later the male dressing twin gets drugged and brought back to his siblings bfs place where the bf feminizes the mc. In the begining the mc is very reluctant on being feminized In the end they both serve the boyfriend.
