In the second rectangle, the female on the left becomes slightly shocked, the male in the middle is gaining weight slowly, and the adult female on the right is carrying out even more food.
In the third rectangle, the female on the left becomes shocked/concerned, the male in the middle is rapidly gaining weight, and the adult female on the right brought out a whole big pot of food.
In the fourth rectangle, the female on the left is confused, the male in the middle is absolutely drained, and the adult female on right doesn’t carry food anymore. But instead, she looks very malnourished and she is strapped in ribbons.
Special note: The adult female i have been mention has long purple hair and is wearing a knitted sweater (while also strapped in ribbons in panel 4 as mentioned).
