Basically there's a guy who cuts off this other dudes limbs and gives him a lobotomy. Lobotomized guy then proceeds to get fucked by men and I remember in the comic they go into details about the lobotomy (what part of the brain they remove) and on the last page the lobotomized guy says “harkenbug”
