The plot goes as follows:
A couple of newlyweds moves to their new home, the guy is your average japanese guy, the girl has a small figure, they are happy about their newfound marriage and their new home even though they are somewhat weirded out by their odd neighbor which is extremely tall, very fat, kinda stinky, with the classic squinty eyed face this characters usually have and for some reason REALLY likes to take walks around the neighborhood in just his underwear.
Now as far as I can remember the husband never left his house for the duration of the story, which has relatively few panels.
While the wife was outside, not sure if coming back home or going somewhere she bumped into the neighbor and, since he’s very tall and she’s very short, she bumps on his crotch instead.
Now something I remember about this doujin that surprised me when I first read it is that it did not have the NTR tag but instead had just the CHEATING tag.
I’m unsure about how the plot progressed, but the neighbor is not actually the one that initiates the sexual encounter, it is actually the wife who turns out to have a kind of smell fetish and gets aroused when bumping into the guy’ stinky underwear to the point of “dragging?” him into a random neighborhood garden, pull down his underwear and have him cum in a dog bowl for her to drink while she may or may not gave him a rimjob (I really don’t remember).
They probably had sex afterwards but I can’t remember the gist of it.
I remember the doujin ended with a panel where the husband, sitting at his house’s window, was wondering why his wife was taking so long to come back when the neighbor, as always in just his underwear, passed by and waved at him, to which he thought “well he’s a weirdo but at least he’s not some dangerous” while waving back and afterwards the panel from the opposite side showing that hidden from the house’s stone wall/fence the wife was actually hidden INSIDE the guy’s underwear, giving him a rimjob while the guy was penetrating her, pretty sure it did not explain if of her own volition or whatnot.
