Think this one was fairly popular recently. I remember the premise went something like this. A promising female mage/ witch/ magician enters a dungeon but ends up having to charm an orc/goblin/ogre which backfires on her when her partymate gets taken out. Ends in the monster getting her pregnant and keeping her while she succumbs to the effects of her own spell.
