The plot is the youngest son gave/received a gift/food for the neighbor who just moved in, I think it has a tea or coffee in a thermos, then they have sex, and it turns out the neighbor was formerly a porn star.
At the end of the doujin, when the dad and the eldest son heard her name it seemed familiar to them or the knew their neighbor is the porn star and felt jealous with the youngest.
