Not exactly time travel, more like “try again” time travel where old guy MC was hit by a truck, woke up in his old school or uni with his childhood crush, confesses to change fate and then went all the way (they also got hooked into doing it) the last few pages is them more mature meeting each other in what I can only assume is the road where the guy got hit in the past life
